You may not use FlyGo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to manipulate or exploit the rewards system, engaging in fraudulent transactions, bypassing security measures, or using automated scripts to interact with the platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the FlyGo platform, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove contents of the platform, including the rewards structure, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
